Sąskaitėlės · Privacy
Sąskaitėlės is a private, single-user tool that lets its operator read their own bank accounts to track balances, spending, net worth, and progress toward financial independence. This notice explains what it accesses and why.
Sąskaitėlės is operated by Karolis Noreika as a personal, non-commercial tool, reachable at saskaiteles.lt. There is one user: the operator. The application is not offered as a service to anyone else, and no other person's data is processed through it. For any question about this policy, write to info@saskaiteles.lt.
Through Enable Banking — a licensed Account Information Service provider under PSD2 — Sąskaitėlės reads, only for accounts the operator explicitly connects:
It never initiates payments and never moves money. Access is read-only.
The single purpose is the operator's own financial management: reconciling accounts, categorising transactions, tracking net worth, and modelling long-term plans. Data is not used for advertising, profiling for third parties, credit scoring, or resale.
Access rests on the operator's explicit PSD2 consent, granted per bank through that bank's own authentication. Consent is time-boxed (typically 90–180 days) and can be revoked at any time — directly at the bank or via Enable Banking — after which Sąskaitėlės can no longer read the account.
Retrieved data is stored locally, under the operator's own control, and reconciled into a private ledger. The credentials that authenticate the application are held as a private key on the operator's machine and are never shared. Data is not sold and not disclosed to third parties.
The only third party in the data path is Enable Banking Oy, which provides the regulated account-information connection between the banks and this application, under its own terms and privacy notice. There are no other recipients.
Data is kept for as long as it is useful to the operator and can be deleted at any time. Because the operator is the sole data subject and controller of the stored ledger, export and erasure are carried out directly, without a request process.
This notice may be updated as the application evolves. The effective date above reflects the current version.
